The brigg

Finding sealife critters on Filey Brigg was our favourite part of the residential! All hands were  routing about for different kinds of crabs and shells. We were lucky enough to find; hermit crabs, blenny, crabs, limpets and shrimp. Miss Snowden enjoyed it more than the children perhaps!  

    
  

Lifeboat Museum.

For the first part of our day we had a tour around Filey Lifeboat museum. We looked at the history behind the boats and how they have changed over time. We were luckily enough to see the mini tractor at work leading down to the sea. They all left with a big smile after spending some pennies in the gift shop!

St Oswald’s Church

Off we go to see the church. The children have been very resilient in the rain.
